The name SFC Leasing comes from our original three founders, Sofio, Frank and Charles Urata. The father and son trio started Urata & Sons Concrete in San Jose, California where they grew up in the 70's. Together they grew their construction company and started to acquire commercial real estate along the way. SFC Leasing still remains a family owned and operated business with Charles teaching his children and grandchildren everything there is to know!
In loving memory of our visionary founders, Sofio and Frank Urata, though they may no longer walk among us, their legacy lives on in every aspect of our company. We honor their memory by carrying forward the values they instilled, forever grateful for their enduring impact.
